Masks  2020-2023

Since 2020, I have kept every mask I have worn and photographed each one as a “portrait.” This serves both as a personal record and as a way of remembering a unique historical period. The pandemic transformed masks from medical supplies into global survival necessities, blurring individual identities and turning them into a material extension of social control. As masks gradually fade from everyday life, these images will remain as physical evidence of our times.
